London, ENG: Testicular health charity NUTZAK have called on the H. J. Heinz Company to accept responsibility for a tragic incident where a popular local children’s entertainer was drowned in a bathtub filled with Heinz Baked Beans at a Check Your Scrote 2022 fundraising event.

Frogo The Clown, whose real identity has not yet been discovered by police, was pronounced dead at the scene at the regional event held in the Goals Beckenham artificial football pitch complex after apparently slipping under the surface of the legume and tomato sauce filled bath. He was in the 22nd hour of his attempted 24 hour fundraising effort and had, momentarily, been left unattended whilst a group of primary school children completed a half-marathon conga.

Jane Marks, Head of Community at NUTZAK, gave the following statement:

“Up and down the country people from all walks of life have had fun, increased awareness and raised thousands of pounds with an enormous range of activities, helping make this the biggest Check Your Scrote yet.

“Unfortunately one fundraiser perished in a freak incident involving a bathtub full of Heinz Baked Beans.

“Whilst we do not wish to presume what any - if it’s even deemed appropriate to hold one - coroner’s enquiry will decide, it must be noted - in the wider interests of public health & safety - that the packaging of 2.6kg catering-sized tins of Heinz Baked Beans makes absolutely no mention of the dangers of filling a bathtub with the foodstuff they have produced.

“We call on the H. J. Heinz Company to end their silence over this tragedy and make a statement regarding their responsibility.”
